Check it out. To celebrate The Warm Up, Jessica shared her favorite exercise with us. "A lot of walking, squats and uphill lunges," she says, "as well as isolated resistance exercises with bands, kettlebells, and the BOSU keep my legs toned and lean." Ouch.
